Celebrity Waiters Serve Charity at Cheddar's

Celebrity waiters put the spotlight on Macon’s Crisis Line & Safe House.

NewsCentral's Portia Lake, Mario Ramirez and Charles Richardson were just some of the “celebrity” waiters that joined the staff at Cheddar’s in Macon for the 1st Annual Appetites for Advocacy.

The event helped raise awareness about domestic violence and sexual assault and the services provided by Crisis Line & Safe House of Central Georgia.

Money raised from Tuesday night’s event helped raise funds to make these programs a success in the Central Georgia area.
