Bond hearing set for Kathleen teenager accused of murder and arson

The Kathleen teenager accused of shooting her sister and setting fire to their family home will have a bond hearing Thursday.

Carmen Collins allegedly shot her sister, India Collins, on July 3, 2012 at their family home in Kathleen, Georgia.

Collins is charged with murder and first degree arson and her bond hearing is set for Thursday in front of Houston Superior Court Judge Katherine Lumsden.

Bond Hearings begin at 8:30 a.m.
