Body Discovered in Macon Home Wednesday

The body of a woman has been discovered inside of a home in Macon.

Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones tells WGXA the body of 54-year-old Shirley Deshazier was discovered in a home on Radio Drive.

Jones says the woman has been dead since January 4th.

The Macon Police Department is currently investigating.
