Bibb Sheriff Office Gears up For Whitehead Trial in Savannah

The Bibb County Sheriff's office and District Attorney are getting ready to head to Savannah for the trial of one of the men accused of killing Deputy Sheriff Joe Whitehead.

Whitehead was killed in March of 2006 during a no-knock raid on Atherton Street.

Damon Jolly's trial had a change of venue to be heard in front of a jury in Savannah.

And the Bibb Sheriff's office is gearing up to set up all the logistics security and transportation
