Bibb School Bus Accident

A Bibb County School bus is involved in an early morning north Macon traffic accident.

Josephine Bennett, Spokesperson for the Bibb County Board of Education tells WGXA, the bus was coming to a stop at Riverside Drive and Wesleyan Drive North when it was rear ended by a pickup truck.

Bennett says there were no children on the bus at the time of the accident and the driver was not injured. The driver of the truck was evaluated by paramedics at the scene of the crash.

The accident happened just after 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
