Bibb School Board Fights Back: Ron Collier's Whistoleblower Lawsuit

The Bibb Board of Education calls its former Chief Financial Officer Ron Collier a liar.

Collier filed a lawsuit against the district on December 20, 2012. In it, he claims that he was punished for refusing to issue a $1,000,000.00 invoice for the Macon Promise Neighborhood Project, at the request of former superintendent Romain Dallemand.

Now, the school board has given a written response that says collier is simply not telling the truth and that all actions taken against collier were for legitimate reasons.
