Bibb Hotel Robbery Under Investigation

Bibb County Sheriff deputies are investigating a robbery at a Harrison Road hotel.

Public Information Officer Lieutenant Sean DeFoe tells NewsCentral, a woman and her two children were walking up the stairs at the Travel Lodge Hotel when a gunman demanded money.

DeFoe says the woman handed over her purse and the suspect ran away. No one was injured during the robbery.
