An autopsy is planned for Tuesday to determine how a Norfolk Southern worker died after falling off a parked train in Macon.
Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones tells WGXA, 56-year old Steve Duane Warren of McDonough, fell off a parked train at the intersection of Waterville Road and Raines Avenue at 2:00 a.m. on Monday.
Jones says Warren was pronounced dead on the scene. An autopsy is planned for Tuesday to determine if the death was due to a medical illness or the fall from the train.
Jones says the incident remains under investigation by the Macon Police Department and the Norfolk Southern Corporation.
