Authorities search for missing man last seen in west Bibb County

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
56-year-old William Stan Greene of west Bibb County was last seen in the Thomaston Road area on Thursday, August 23, 2012. According to family members, Greene has been suffering from depression and has not been acting like him self. After not returning home after a couple of days, the family notified the Bibb Sheriff’s Office.
Greene is described as a white male around 5 feet 11 in height, weighing approximately 190 lbs. He has blue eyes and he has gray hair. He was last seen wearing a yellow and blue button down shirt, blue dress pants, and dress shoes.
Greene should be driving a burgundy 1991 Chevrolet C1500 series truck. The license plate should display tag number ABX6745.
