Atlanta Woman Arrested on Cocaine Charges in Monroe County

An Atlanta-area woman is in the Monroe County jail on cocaine trafficking charges, thanks in part to an improper tag display.

Monroe County Sheriff J.C. Bittick says deputies pulled over 40-year-old Stecy Link of Marietta Friday on I-75 for a bad tag.

Deputies searched her car and found 3 bundles containing 1 and a third pounds of cocaine hidden in the vehicle's dash.

Besides cocaine trafficking, Link also faces charges of following too closely and obscuring a tag frame.
