Arrest Made in Downtown Macon Fashion Store Robbery

A man who has been arrested several times was caught committing another crime Friday night.

Macon Police say Larry Prather was caught breaking into Fashion 365 on Second Street around 6 p.m. Friday evening.

Bike patrol officers say he ran off after they saw him forcing his way into the woman's clothing store. He was captured in the 600 block of Plum Street with a large amount of costume jewelry.

Prather has been arrested on Burglary and a Superior Court Probation Violation.

Police say he has 16 previous arrests in Bibb County, including burglary and entering autos.
