Alleged Kingpin Remains Behind Bars After Bond Set

The alleged kingpin of a big meth bust in Jones County has been granted bond but remains behind bars Thursday.

According to the Jones County Sheriff's Office, Chadwick Lee Nicholson was granted bond pending trial in the sum of $500,000.

He’s required to live with his mother under house arrest on GPS monitoring and prohibited from alcohol or drug use.

Nicholson was arrested February 1st with 12 other suspects. He was identified as the kingpin of the criminal organization.
