No Action Taken After Bibb County Board of Education Executive Session

The Bibb County Board of Education holding a special called meeting this Thursday.
The board went in to Executive Session immediately after convening the meeting.
When asked if the meeting was concerning the board buying out Bibb County Superintendent Sharon Patterson’s contract, board president Gary Bechtel would only say that Patterson currently remains under contract with the district and would not elaborate on the purpose of the meeting.
Gary Bechtel/Bibb Co. BOE President:
"Well we're in executive session for the purpose of personnel, pending litigation, future acquisition of land and I'm not going to comment on executive session."
The meeting was adjourned following the executive session with no action being taken.
