Macon Teen Arrested for Burglary on Holland Drive

A Macon teen is in jail for allegedly burglarizing a home on Holland Drive Thursday.

According to a news release from Macon Police, 17-year-old Christopher Crowder is accused of stealing a 37-inch television, a Playstation and an iPod. The release says a witness identified Crowder as the suspect. Police then saw Crowder walking down the street and apprehended him after a foot chase.

The release says Crowder was cooperative and gave a statement. He’s charged with Burglary and is being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.

The burglary remains under investigation.
