Diabetic Attack Causes Car Crash

A Bartow man is taken to the hospital after a diabetic attack caused him to lose control of his car.

Deputy Joe Rozier with the Wilkinson County Sheriff's office tells FOX 24 News, around 11:30 am Friday, 49-year-old Robert Jackson was traveling west on Highway 59 headed for a doctor's appointment in Macon, when his blood sugar dropped and he ran his pick-up truck into a ditch.

Rozier says Jackson was taken to the Medical Center and the truck was moderately damaged.
