Man Charged in Macon Co. Murder

A man has been charged in the death of a Macon County man.
GBI agent Trebor Randle says 21-year-old Jerome Riley III has been charged with aggravated assault and felony murder in the shooting death of 24-year-old Octavius Terill Haslam.
Randle says Haslam received a single gunshot wound, and was pronounced dead at the scene Monday.
She says Riley and Haslam were acquaintances and the shooting stemmed from an argument between the two.
