Police Dog Killed In Lamar County

A Griffin police dog is found shot to death in Lamar County, and the reward for information leading to an arrest is now $6,000.

Griffin police say the dog, named Jimi, was taken from his home Monday and was found dead on the side of the road on Wednesday. Another dog was also taken and found badly beaten.

Anyone with information can call the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office at 770-358-5159.

It's not legal,but you should have 15 mins alone with whoever did this,before they take them into custody!

This just makes me sick. I hope they find who ever is responsible and make them pay dearly for this terrible act of violence. I am sorry for your loss Officer Moxon.
