Bodies Burned After Upson County Double Homicide

The GBI, fire Marshall’s Office, Upson and Crawford Sheriff's Offices are all investigating a Thursday morning double homicide in Upson County.
GBI special agent Rodney wall tells FOX-24 News crews responded to a reported house fire around ten o'clock Thursday morning.
When they arrived at 162 Parview Drive in the Salem community they discovered blood and shell casings outside of the home.
Wall says investigators were first unable to locate the home's residents, but by Thursday afternoon they found the remains of two unidentified dead bodies inside the burned structure.
Authorities say the residents' vehicle was found in Crawford County off highway 3-41.
Wall says it may take some time to identify the bodies, and the agencies are following leads in the investigation.
FOX 24 will have more on this story as it develops.

I have known each of the suspects for many years.It is so sad that this happened to this couple. Regardless of what Mr. Walker did or didn't do, he was one of Gods children. I can not and will not judge any of these men. For we must all sweep around our own front door. I will say however, that I hate so much that this is what they chose to do. Mr. Saffold and Mr. Octavias Hart both have children and this is so sad for those innocent children. I pray for both of the families. May God be with you!

I am very hurt that tae-tae was caught up in this tragedy.Out of all the crazy stuff he has done,this outbeats everything.I grew up around him.I watched him everyday hoping for a change.TROUBLE alwayz followed him.This time it followed too close b/c of chosing (Bad Company) to be around.I pray for his family-May God bless the 2 families

As I read the comments people have posted, I feel that we are all grown here and we know right from wrong.It does't matter if the person was a crack head, drug dealer, or etc. After all of this the person is still human and one of GOD's creatures. Nobody has the right to go around here killing one another or harming one another. My prayer goes out to the victims.

I wish all this bickering back and forth would stop. Two people lost there lives and three people might be on there way to prison for the rest of there lives. You would think that after all us BLACK PEOPLE have been through over the years that we would get better. i know these animals who did this and I knew when they let Saffold out of prison after he has killed before it would not be long before he struck again. Tae Tae and Ron should have known better than that. They should have gotten out of the car and told police what Saffold intension was in the first place. They are all cowards who must face the music. I am glad that they are off the streets especially Saffold who has been a bully and maybe they will get tomeka saffold off the streets next.

I went to school with the people who done this. Jeremey Saffold has never been worth anything other than a robber and a drug supplier. He has been in and out of jail since high school. Maybe if the trash were dealt with, we would not have these problems

My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and the suspects. It is easy for everyone to point the finger at the suspects, but not question the actions of at least one of the victims (Mr. Walker).He too snorted cocaine , drank alcohol, and became belligerent. He was also a big time drug dealer in the Salem Community as well as the Crawford Co. area. Now, let God determine the fate of the suspects. May God rest the soul of Mrs. Walker as she was an innocent bystander.

I know the victims and she was a very sweet and nice lady who would give you her last.May whoever did this to them may God have mercy on them b/c they are very and I mean very wrong for taking those people lives for no reason at all. it is so sad that this happened in the Salem community. those were some nice and loving people that would give you the shirt off of their back. it is sad that this happened to them. I use to work with her at Wal-mart and she always had a smile on her face. my heart goes out to the family. only god knows what happened and may whoever the one or group of people that did this get exactly what they deserve. MS concern how do you suggest our community handle this? Should we find it in our hearts to just slap them on the hand and pray. Lets not forget their vicitims have a family, and children also. these people are the ones that were cruel. lets hope the laww does the right thing this time. This is such a tragedy for someone to do such a thing, but by reading the bible it is ful-filling rapidly, people are doing crazy things. It was a time you would hear of things like this in a large city but now it is next door.

Another young man lost his life by being involved with Tae Tae (32 year old Hart) and he walked away free. That was Ricky Burner. If the law would have done their jobs then may be this would not have happen and Mr. Jermey had just been released from jail not to long ago about a couple of weeks or so and look what he got out and did. My heart goes out two both families. Pray for GOD is the answer. People please don't forget that these men that did this have kids lets not be to cruel.

My heart and prayers go out to the victim's daughter who has been very courageous through out this horrific ordeal.Her strength, calmness, and class is an example of the way her mother would handle this situation. She did not listen to the rumors,she cooperated with the professionals, who are doing a fantastic job. Thanks to her uncle for being our rock. Cuz,your mother would be so proud of you and would tell you to keep relying on God. We all can take a page from her book.
