My prayers go out to the Sellers family during such a tragic event. When counseling the students at the middle school Wednesday morning, they had such loving words to say about Austin: caring, great friend, wonderful ball player, smart, and cute. I also pray for William and his family because he is a wonderful and loving person as well. Having been William's middle school teacher and high school counselor, I know that he is really hurt and regrets what happened.Miss you Austin; love you William!

Austin went to school and played recreational sports with my sons. We are saddened by this and we want to keep this family lifted up with prayers and love. I pray for the young man who struck him nd hope that he can move forward and let positive things in his life that can heal his conscience. May both families especially Austins let God heal them and help them through this sadness.

Everyone needs to get the facts before placing blame and i am sure it is hard for both families, speed may or maynot be a issue and the child could have been in the street , so it could have been an accident, so if the GSP has not ruled on the case how can you. I Pray for b oth families

Speed may be a factor on Carl Sutton Road, but no where does it say he was speeding. Accidents do happen. Let's not place blame on anyone until we know the facts. Austin will be dearly missed, and my heart goes out to Ms. Dawn and Mr. Rick, as well as Amber and Aaron. RIP Aussie Man

I too reside in the Carl Sutton area and I too believe that speed is a factor in the area. I am not saying that this young man was speeding , however Carl Sutton Rd has become a death trap it seems. My heart aches for the family of the young man who was killed and the driver of the vehicle which struck him.

It was an accident. There is no proof that William was speeding so there is no need to condemn the driver, he is suffering enough as it is. Austin Sellers was my brother's best friend and my best friend's brother. We will all miss him dearly! My heart and prayers go out to both the Sellers family and the Green family.

Yes, Austin Sellers is my cousin, and it is hard losing a loved one. But if people in crawford county wouldn't speed, and pay attention on not play or text while driving a vehicle things would be better. Maybe not so many accidents. So somebody needs to be buckling down.

This is so terrible that another child has been hit by a car on Car Sutton. As a person who lives out this way I can tell you that people drive on this road as if they were on the Atlanta Speedway. A couple of years ago my best friend was killed on this road as she was riding in a car with her daugher, a guy driving too fast hit the car headon and she was killed. My heart goes out to this family and to his brother. He will be sadly missed at all the little league games next year.
