Memorial For Murder Victims

Peach County residents say good-bye to two slain friends.

Memorial services were held Saturday for Lillian Goodwyne Brooks Graves and her daughter Agnes Lucinda Brooks Stewart.

The two women were found stabbed to death in their Fort Valley home on June 12th.

Police have charged a relative in the murder. 54-year-old Lillian Walker is charged with murder, armed robbery and theft by taking.

i wish that was harsher punishment for the niece who so callously killed those adorable ladies. it is a shame that they who contributed to society was killed and the killer is alive. now we have to clothe, feed and house her. doesn't it just gall you to even look at her.
