Colorado Man ordered to pay hefty legal fees to Twigg Co. Residents

A Twiggs County Superior Court Judge orders a Colorado man to pay up after suing dozens of property owners for 400 acres of land.
Allan Evans is ordered to pay more than 100,000 dollars in attorney fees to the property owners that he took to court.
Evans lost his battle in court after suing 50 people for land he says his relatives owned during the Civil War times.
On Tuesday, a judge told Evans his case had no merit.
Evans has filed an appeal with Georgia Supreme Court.
