State Senate Candidate Spencer Price Fights Allegations

Amber Jones

Spencer Price is running for Georgia State Senate in District 18 against Incumbent Cecil Staton.

In recent weeks emails have gone out from one man and Price says that the e-mails are an attack on his character and his ethical standing with taxes and debt.

Dr. Price says that he has some problems financially in the past but says they are due to health problems with his son who is now deceased and says these allegations in the e-mails are just not true.

Dr. Spencer Price, a candidate for Georgia State Senate District 18, says "In recent week a person named Brian Zorotovich released a series of emails designed to assault my character. In one email he made the following statement, "I am not associated with any campaign." We have found this statement to highly suspect."

He believes that this may be a campaign tactic, but Price says there are more important things to be campaigning for in this race like health-care, jobs, and protecting Robins Air Force Base.
