A Macon man is indicted for a fatal train crash that killed a mother and her baby back in May.

A Houston County grand jury indicted Willie Lyons on vehicular homicide charges. Lyons also faces charges of driving under the influence of marijuana, running a stop sign, reckless driving and violation of a child safety restraint requirement.
