Helm's College receives Title IV funding

Goodwill's Helm's College is Middle Georgia's only Culinary Arts School and recently received Title IV funding for its students.
Current and prospective students are now eligible for federal funding such as Pell Grants, deferred student loans and work study along with current sources of funding.
The grant gives students the chance to go to school without paying out of pocket up front.
"The financial aid gives them the opportunity, along with our scholarship fund that if they need extra financial assistance to be able to go to school without having to worry about where's my funding coming from," said Jay Stancill, Department Chair of Culinary Education.
The next set of classes at Helm's College will begin January 14, 2013.
