Former CFO Now Suing School Board For His Job Back

The Bibb County School System is looking to a fill a position left vacant by a man who is now suing to get his job back.
According the Bibb County School District's website, the school system is taking applications for a new chief financial officer.
The job was posted on Monday, February, 11, 2013.
It's the same job title formerly held by Ron Collier who is now suing the Bibb County Board of Education.
Collier's lawsuit is in response to the board's investigation into department practices while he was the chief financial officer.
Collier was voted out of the finance office by board members in December 2012.
A judge hasn't ruled on the outcome of his lawsuit.
