Felicia Combs is WGXA Morning News' Wake-Up Weather Forecaster and can be seen Monday through Friday mornings from 7 to 9 a.m. on FOX 24 and ABC 16 from 5:30 to 7 a.m. including Good Morning America local weather spots from 7 to 9 a.m.
Felicia joined the WGXA Team in June 2011 as a General Assignment Reporter and Fill-In Meteorologist. She came to Macon from Orlando, Florida where earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Political Science at the University of Central Florida. While attending UCF Felicia was a reporter and anchor for the university's news program Knightly News. She also spent much of her time interning at the Fox and ABC stations in Orlando which only made her passion for forecasting weather and reporting grow. She is currently expanding her weather knowledge while pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Broadcast Meteorology at Mississippi State University.
Felicia couldn't be happier to be part of the middle Georgia community and is looking forward to finding out even more about Macon. When she's not bringing you the morning weather Felicia likes to work up a sweat at the gym or spend quiet time at home with a good book or movie.
