Event Description
The Choral Society of Middle Georgia and Mercer University present Messiah by George Frideric Handel on Tuesday, December 14th at 7:30pm, hosted by St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Macon, Georgia. The work will be conducted by Choral Society director Dr. John Dickson, dean of the Townsend School of Music at Mercer University. The evening will also include additional selections performed by the Choral Society Chamber Singers, conducted by Angela Blizzard, and Mercer University orchestral players, led by concert master Megan Ganyard. Tickets are $12.00 for general public and $10.00 for students/military/seniors. Tickets are available for pre-concert purchase and at the door.
