Welcome to the all-new ABC-16!

Beginning January 1st, 2010 WGXA-TV will offer Central Georgia a local ABC affiliate, in addition to our current station, FOX 24. You will continue to receive your favorite ABC programming, alongside lots of great syndicated shows. And soon we will offer expanded options for local news! The new ABC 16 will be broadcast digitally on channel 16.2 over the air, but your digital TV or converter box will display this as 24.2. Since this is a new channel, if you receive local programming over-the-air with an antenna, you will need to have your TV set or converter box re-scan for channels on 1/1/10. After scanning for channels, you should see 24.2 available. That will be ABC 16. Your local cable or satellite provider will offer this new channel, but in some cases it may be in a different location from where you are accustomed to receiving ABC programming. Please see the table below for information on where to find us on cable or satellite.
